ORIGOVITA — JOURNEYS TO BHUTAN
Bhutan Sacred Valleys Trek
A ten-day journey through Bhutan’s most sacred valleys and monasteries — Paro, Thimphu, Punakha, Bumthang and Kurjey Lhakhang. For those who wish to walk, discover and go deep.
Bhutan rewards those who walk. This ten-day journey is composed for active travellers with a deep curiosity about Buddhist heritage — people who want to see the kingdom not from a car window, but from the forest path, the monastery courtyard and the ancient dzong at the river confluence.

From the cliffs of Taktsang to the sacred valley of Bumthang, from the Punakha Dzong where the rivers meet to the ancient temple of Kurjey Lhakhang built against the living rock — each day adds a new dimension to your understanding of Bhutan. You will hike, explore and sit quietly in places few travellers reach.

You are guided at every step by the Origovita team — attentively, quietly, exactly to the rhythm you choose.
Highlights of the Journey
Six defining moments that shape this ten-day passage through the sacred valleys of Bhutan.
  • Tiger's Nest (Taktsang)
A full-day hike to Taktsang Monastery — Bhutan’s most sacred cliffside temple, perched at 3,120 m. One of the great walks of the world.
  • Bumthang Sacred Valley
Bhutan’s spiritual heartland — Jakar Dzong, Kurjey Lhakhang, the Burning Lake and a dawn smoke offering with monks at Tang Kunzangdrak.
